Sell Medicare

You can reasonably expect earnings of $30k- $100k per year. This position is commission-based; and with 10 to 50 hours of work per week, solid performance reasonably deliovers compensation within the above range.

*Eligibility to participate in the bonus or commission plans subject to the rules governing those programs.

Strongly Favored Qualities

We are not particularly looklng for stellar resumes or great job experiences. Those would count but is not our priority. We value someone who is:

1. Friendly and Tenacious - this would go a long long way in any sales position. Friendliness opens many doors, Tenacity breaks down walls to make doors

2. Willing to go out of their comfort zone - opportunity and learning is almost always just right outside one's comfort zone. The willingness to push beyond one's comfort zone expands opens new horizons and lessons.

3. Street Smart and Resourceful -almost all of the time the agent is all alone in the interaction between the potential client and salesman/agent. Not everything can be pre-planned or anticipated. Street smarts makes you pitch a sale when the opportunity arises (anywhere), resourcefulness means you can made do with what is around.

4. Willing to take feedback and listen - another key to learning and growing is to be open to feedback and listen and accept the feedback. Regardless of who says it or how it is delivered - a feedback is a reaction to one's action. It is an insight to one's self.

5. Can Picture the Long Term benefits over short term wins - the most classic example of this is when a person asked to be a management trainee losing overtime hours and losing out in the short term. if you think that the extra unpaid time is a chance to learn for a promotion in the long term. Declining that kind of opportunity for the temporary loss in revenue is shortsightedness and not looking at the bigger picture.

What we LOVE about this business is the lower barrier to entry...Just bring that fitting and winning disposition and you will excel.

You will need to take and pass your life and health insurance exam but other than that you can come from any field or fresh with no experience yet.

Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus and owning/having a car preferred.
